How it works

  1. 01

    Create your workspace

Your business name, your public address and your brand colors.

  2. 02

    Build trips and packages

One itinerary, named packages, capacity, add-ons and a payment schedule.

  3. 03

    Invite customers and collect

Private invitations or a link you control, then checkout and installments.

  4. 04

    Run the departure

Travelers, requirements, rooming and updates, right up to the day.

What you can run here

Everything below is in the working product today, not a roadmap. Open a row for the detail and the screen it lives on. Every screenshot is the real interface, filled with example data so the numbers stay honest.

Write the trip once, then sell it as named packages with their own price and inclusions. Each package carries total capacity, a per-customer quantity limit or unlimited quantity, and optional add-ons. Pricing is in US dollars, with a deposit and installment schedule you set. Promo codes take a fixed amount or a percentage off, including a 100% code for a complimentary place. One canonical itinerary sits underneath, and each stop belongs to every package or only the packages you pick.

What your customer sees

Customers choose a package, quantity and add-ons from a branded trip page. Checkout shows discounts, the amount due today and the remaining payment schedule before card payment.

After purchase they enter a participant view with travelers, updates, payments and only the itinerary included with the package they bought. They never gain access to another package, another trip or your business workspace.

Publish a trip to your profile when you want it discoverable, or keep it unlisted and share it directly. Invited customers can read a private offer before they pay, and the participant view only opens once their booking is paid.

Your brand and your team

A public profile at your business-name address, in your own primary and accent colors, with the trips you choose to feature and an optional Instagram button. Followers hear about new listed trips. Inside, several colleagues can work in the same workspace with roles that decide what each of them may touch. Your personal trips stay in the personal side of Far From Home and never mix with the business you run here, and no one outside this workspace can see it.
