What the fee covers

Is the fee per person?

No. It is one flat fee per trip. You can pay it yourself or split it evenly across every traveler in the group.

What is billed separately?

Hotels, villas, flights, transportation, excursions and nightlife are billed at the rates suppliers quote. We do not add markups on top of them.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Start with Blueprint and upgrade to Concierge or On the Ground while planning; you pay only the difference.

Refunds

Planning fees are refundable before design work begins. See the refund policy for the full terms.
