A day-banded base, plus whatever crew you switch on
The base is priced by trip length. Each component is per person, per day, priced by the destination. The price moves with what you include: a lead, a driver and vehicle, a chef, or none of them.

An estimate, not a quote: rates are confirmed against local quotes before anyone is asked to pay. Any component switched on carries a 3 day minimum. One chef cooks for up to 14 diners and one service covers up to 8. One vehicle carries up to 8 travelers. Every vehicle comes with its own driver. The lead rides with the largest vehicle and runs the rest of the convoy by phone, so a group needs a second lead above 20 travelers, not per vehicle. The chef fee is labour only. Groceries are bought by the chef and billed to the crew at cost with receipts, usually around a third of the chef fee again in lower-cost destinations and more in Europe.

Questions
How is Concierge priced?
It is priced by trip length, in day bands, 1 to 3 days at $399, 4 to 5 days at $599, 6 to 7 days at $799, then $99 per day past the top band. A longer trip is more days of building and chasing vendors, so the band steps up. It covers up to 10 travelers, then $25 per additional traveler.
Is the trip guide private?
Yes, and deliberately so. The guide is built on your own device from the trip you can already see. Nothing is uploaded, and no shareable link is ever created. A crew-wide copy never carries one traveller's tickets, balance or personal contacts, and it says on its cover whether the trip was still a draft when it was made. Once a file is downloaded it lives on that person's device; we cannot recall or update it, so regenerate and re-share when something important moves.
What does “verified” mean on a place?
That a person here opened the venue’s own page and confirmed the details shown, on the date printed next to them. It is not a rating, and it does not mean anything is guaranteed available. Where we have only listed a place, or checked part of it, we say that instead. And we name what is still unconfirmed rather than rounding it up.
What is billed separately?
Stays, flights, transportation, excursions, nightlife, and any driver, chef or guide requested through the Services tab. You book and pay those directly with the vendor, at the rates the vendor quotes.
